For students:
- Instructor and TA/Support Staff can control the availability of their Blackboard courses and Panopto videos.
- Students are advised to download all course materials from Blackboard before term-end, if needed.
- By default, Panopto videos cannot be downloaded by students. However, Instructor and TA/Support Staff may change the setting to allow viewers to download videos. To check if a video can be downloaded: https://support.panopto.com/s/article/Navigate-the-Viewer. Students are advised to check it before term-end.
- Student access to Blackboard courses and the corresponding Panopto folders will be suspended starting from the 4th year, i.e., students can access course materials of the current year and the two previous years (which also depends on Instructor’s and/or TA/Support Staff’s decision).
- Blackboard and Panopto are NOT available to alumni.
- Reminder: Course materials are only for CUHK students' reference and should not be used for other purposes.
For staff:
- Instructor and TA/Support Staff access to Blackboard courses and the corresponding Panopto folders will be removed starting from the 5th year. They can access the current year and the three previous years of the above items.
